How long will my robe take?

Every robe is custom made after you order. Please allow 6–8 weeks from order to delivery: about 4–6 weeks of production, then 1–2 weeks of shipping. Orders now to arrive before Christmas. See our Shipping Policy.
What size should I get?

It's a relaxed fit. S/M fits most people up to about 5'8", L/XL up to about 6'1", 2XL/3XL above that or for a roomier fit. Between sizes? Size down.
What's the difference between the designs?
+
Same cut and fabric. Scorpion is black with saffron-gold panels, gold dragon emblems and buckle straps. Sub-Zero is black with royal-blue panels, frosted silver trim and embroidered dragons.
How does the heating work?
+
A cable plugs into a hidden socket inside the robe's front hem. Press the power button on the handheld controller to switch it on and use the other button to set the heat. The backlit screen shows the temperature and battery level. Unplug and remove the controller before washing, then machine wash cold on gentle and hang dry.
Can I return it or get a refund?
